We formulate, blend and package a wide variety of chemicals and support products for the electronics industry, heavy industry, aviation and plant and equipment maintenance. We also offer new technologies to improve the safety of personnel and the environment. All Techspray products are RoHS and REACH compliant and free of nPB, TCE and Perc, which are commonly used in industrial applications.

THE HISTORY OF TECHSPRAY

Techspray's first product, Blue Stuff, was introduced in 1968 to clean and lubricate rotating contacts on TV tuners. Ironically, Blue Stuff was a product that did not leave a very clean finish to the point that Techspray developed Blue Shower, a Freon-based cleaner to remove excess Blue Stuff. Techspray Blue Shower has become an industry standard degreaser that is known worldwide for its powerful cleaning action and rapid evaporation.

We have maintained a leadership position in the industry by anticipating ever-changing requirements and prioritizing product effectiveness and safety. As environmental regulations have changed, Techspray has introduced innovative replacements for CFC- and HCFC-based cleaners, including the popular G3® brand of cleaners in 2002, and most recently the PWR-4™ high-performance solvent cleaners in 2016. These products allow manufacturers to transition to new chemistries without disruption to their processes.

Techspray acquired Plato® brand soldering products in 2003, adding high-quality soldering tips and tools to our product offering. In 2006, Techspray was acquired by ITW, a multi-billion dollar organization with an already strong portfolio of brands in the electronics assembly market, including Kester, Speedline, Vitronics Soltec and Texwipe.

PRODUCTS

Techspray compressed air removes dust, microscopic contaminants, lint, metal oxide deposits and other debris that can damage sensitive electronic components. When these contaminants get in the way of fans or vents inside the device, they create a buildup that results in overheating or air starvation. Techspray compressed air contains no additives that can contaminate sensitive electronic devices. Compressed airs sold to the consumer typically have a penetrating agent added to prevent clogging. This same penetrating agent can lead to unwanted and potentially harmful residue that can build up over time.Elija el aire comprimido que mejor se adapte:

• HFC-134a: Most common for industrial applications because it is non-flammable. For cleaning energized circuits.

• HFC-152a: Most commonly available dust remover in retail because it is less expensive than HFC-134a. It is flammable and will ignite when concentrated (i.e. in liquid form) and exposed to a spark or flame. 1/10 the global warming potential (GWP) of HFC-134a.

• HFO-1234ze: A newer propellant that is non-flammable, and a much lower GWP than both HFC-134a and HFC-152a. Ideal for ISO-14000 programs.

Also known as circuit cleaner or dielectric cleaner, contact cleaner is used for cleaning and maintaining electrical and electronic circuits. Freeze spray is a rapid jet of vaporizing liquid that over-cools isolated areas during electronics repair. Freeze spray is used as an aid in troubleshooting faulty capacitors, resistors, semiconductors, and other components that fail intermittently. It also increases the visibility of cold solder joints, cracks in printed circuit boards, and oxidized joints.
